With that being said, I must say: food doesn’t disappoint! The food menu includes options like sliders, arancini, noodles, and fries, but keep in mind that this is a bar, not a restaurant, so don’t expect huge plates, they are more like appetizers/bites (prices from $10 – $20). Le Jardin includes options from $18 to $21. The first selection includes cocktails with a presentation complexity – and the price range is around $25 to $30. The menu has 16 cocktails options, divided into two categories: Floriography and Le Jardin. Keep in mind that they limit the parties – maximum 4 for downstairs, and 6 for upstairs. The space is very intimate, perfect for dates – they also seat people upstairs, at Patisserie Chanson. Also, they do the process in a sustainable way, by reducing waste as much as possible and also reducing the amount of water used and ice. Besides the presentation of the drinks, another interesting fact is that they use ingredients rarely seen, like orange shaved ice and used coffee grounds. The place used to be a dessert bar in the past – I’ve written about it here – and now is a bar where the highlights are the beautiful and exquisite cocktails. The Premier Inn Plymouth City Centre (Derry's Cross) hotel first opened to the public at the end of May, and now its restaurant Thyme Bar and Grill is open to hotel guests and members of the public alike. Plymouth's newest hotel and accompanying restaurant is now open, it has been confirmed. ![]()
